SkillExe Maintenance Services offers a wide range of maintenance services, including but not limited to renovation, electrical installations, plumbing services, tiling, painting, carpentry, plastering, kitchen hood cleaning, and water tank cleaning. All services and materials provided are subject to our team’s availability.
Booking and Payment
- Booking: To schedule a service, contact us through our website, phone, or email. Bookings are accepted subject to availability, and a confirmation will be provided once the appointment is scheduled.
- Payment: Payment for services is due upon completion of the work unless an alternative arrangement has been made in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers. If payment is not received as agreed, we reserve the right to charge interest or take further action to recover the amount owed.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the service call-out charge.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice without incurring additional charges.
Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided by SkillExe Maintenance Services are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. The quotes are based on the information provided at the time of the request, and any changes to the scope of work may result in a revised estimate.
Warranty and Liability
- Warranty: We offer a warranty on parts and labour for specific services. The duration and terms of the warranty will be communicated to you at the time of service. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors beyond our control.
- Liability: While we strive to provide high-quality services, SkillExe Maintenance Services cannot be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
